Dosage
We recommend to follow the indications of your therapist or Dr. Oleums team and for more information you can use Dr. Oleum dosage calculator.
Dr. Oleum Herbal CBD 10%: Use one hour before or after meals, shake and administer sublingually, (under the tongue) leaving it to act 30 seconds before swallowing the oil. You can start using 3 drops in the morning and 3 at night during the first week, being able to increase the dose to 5 drops in each shift, and increase if necessary in three daily doses (every seven hours) considering that the required need is particular to each case and problem. There is no single recipe and it is necessary to adjust the endocannabinoid system itself to the contributions of our CBD.
